My order hasn't arrived yet and I want to make sure things are progressing... Standard Delivery If you chose 'standard delivery' at the time you purchased your goods and more than 2-3 working days have elapsed since, and someone has been available to accept your order, it could be that there is a problem... Next Day Delivery If you chose 'next day delivery' at the time you purchased your goods, and have allowed for the cut-off time for the relevant supplier (12 noon for Draper or 3.00pm for Sealey) and over 24 hours have elapsed, since your order was made, then there could be a problem... What to do In order that we can deal with this a speedily as possible, please log in to 'My Account' and click on 'Contact Support'. This will initiate a 'case', this means that your issue will receive our most immediate attention. This also helps us to track all of the relevant information surrounding your order, so we can be as effective as possible in resolving it.
