If it was not the best price then I didn’t spend enough time looking and i did spend a lot of time looking. I was amazed when it was delivered the next day after ordering it, all for an inclusive price. I'd shop there next time and the time after that, so long as everything stays this good. You couldn't ask for more and I've had less, yet not been unduly upset. If J.O.B has it and the price is right, i'd say you can’t go wrong. Cheers Ron

The item was chosen from a wishlist from another company who informed me after placing the order that they dont deliver to Jersey. This is a common problem for the Channel Islands so to come across a company such as yourselves who deliver and at such a reasonable cost was a refreshing change. To also receive the order within two days was almost unbelievable! Needless to say I will be recommending your company to my husband and his friends/colleagues who are all in construction/mechanics (the order placed was a birthday gift so he doesnt know yet). It took me all day to find I could not do the job with the tools I had. I set to on Saturday with your quality tools and the job was done in 2 hours. Thank you. The returns process was a little complicated and in fact, I did not get to grips with the returns page on your website. Indeed, my initial contact with the customer service staff were not able to deal with my particular return requirement. The website returns page seemed to be more tailored towards business customers. The fact that one of the partners, Tim, called me in person to sort out my mistake in ordering the wrong parts and facilitating the correction process to supply the correct parts means I will certainly deal with you again when the need arises. The justoffbase website is now in my favourites.

The lathe itself is a very solid piece of kit and although it lifts on and off my workbench it is not flimsy. It was despatched from Sealey the same day and was delivered in a well backed box by the postman on the following morning. That is excellent service. The lamp was recommended in a group comparison test in Practical Classics magazine and entirely matches their glowing description. I'm delighted with it.
