I immediately put them to use to replace two sets of break pads on my bike and to service both calipers. I had tried to tackle the job on Thurs with improvised tools. It took me all day to find I could not do the job with the tools I had. I set to on Saturday with your quality tools and the job was done in 2 hours. Thank you. The returns process was a little complicated and in fact, I did not get to grips with the returns page on your website. Indeed, my initial contact with the customer service staff were not able to deal with my particular return requirement. The website returns page seemed to be more tailored towards business customers. The fact that one of the partners, Tim, called me in person to sort out my mistake in ordering the wrong parts and facilitating the correction process to supply the correct parts means I will certainly deal with you again when the need arises. The justoffbase website is now in my favourites.

The lathe itself is a very solid piece of kit and although it lifts on and off my workbench it is not flimsy. It was despatched from Sealey the same day and was delivered in a well backed box by the postman on the following morning. That is excellent service. The lamp was recommended in a group comparison test in Practical Classics magazine and entirely matches their glowing description. I'm delighted with it. I was amazed to receive my item at 9:30 this morning (4th Jan). Chris	Glover		4/10/2011	I ordered lunctime yesterday and got my cart teatime tonight. Brilliant service, thanks Briony and the team for going the extra mile with my enquiry. I identified a CX308 as what I wanted from the Sealey website. I contacted 3 local 'dealers' who obviously found some difficulty identifying the item and essentially showed no interest in helping me whatsoever. I rang Justoffbase, spoke to Briony. She quickly established that the CX308 was new and not on your system. While I was on the phone she made it possible to take my order, i.e. set up the new part on your system and set me up as a new customer all in one phone call. 16 hours later I had what I wanted delivered and at a price which was lower that my best expectation. I am writing this email when I should be eating my dinner ... but it is worth it! Chris
