Last week I purchased a Koolbreeze Kompact 15000btu air conditioning unit. It arrived on time but unfortunately it was faulty.
I made a single telephone call to you and the following day a representative of the manufacturer contacted me, supplied some strapping for packing up the faulty item and arranged for a replacement to be supplied. The replacement arrived on time, the faulty item was collected and I now have an excellent and working Air Conditioning unit.
I can't praise the service highly enough, both from you and from koolbreeze. Many thanks for your efforts on my behalf - I sincerely hope you prosper in the future - you deserve to

I would just like to say how efficient and helpful I found all the staff that I spoke to in ordering and dealing with a problem that subsequently arose with a product. This is the second time we have ordered from Justoffbase and would thoroughly recommend them. It is nice to deal with such helpful staff in a world where everyone seems to be complaining about the inefficiencies of "call centre staff". |

Hi...I'd just like to say a big THANK YOU to Justoffbase. I'd given up trying to buy TRX Socket Bit Sets at local DIY stores. In desperation I 'Googled' what I wanted and found you! It was easy to navigate around the site to find what I wanted. I phoned and spoke to Bryony to place my order. I then needed something else and did this purchase on-line. I ordered a Sealey Sack Truck 3-in-1 with 250 x 90mm Pneumatic Tyres 250kg late on a Wednesday and it arrived in NE Scotland on Sat morning. The packaging was superb and the item was stronger than expected. Great for negotiating deep steps.
I had searched the Internet for the best price for this item and Justoffbase were the lowest including VAT and free delivery.
Excellent service.

I see that some MIGs are marketed at high prices because thay have wheels. Yet for what I paid for the trolley (seemingly one of the very few around) I could get a better machine, and the wheels for a lot less. Convenience! |
