I made the mistake of buying one of these – replacement parts are unobtainable, either from Hoover or third party suppliers ( apart from filters) EG- the front wheels are made of plastic and run on plastic axles which wear-out within six months !
Dispite our one being two years old, It’s revealed a apparent design fault – looks like the motor and beater bar areout of alignment – dispite there being no wear in either the motor or beater bar, the drive belt will not stay in place, rides to the end of the motor shaft and comes off !
even with a new belt!
I would advise any prospective buyer to think again and look elseware.
